Transformation and the balance of things

It's always a big shock when someone leaves so soon, let alone when you're away from your family on a trip you've been dreaming of. Could it be that even death, our expiration in this life, is designed and idealized by us, but covered up by the veil of oblivion?
Talking about death is like an offence in our society, because it touches on the feelings of mourning of those who remain in earthly life. Death is difficult, painful and often sudden. In the hearts of those who stay, it stamps a scar that will never fade away. Despite this, in other cultures death is seen as a return to eternity.
Everything in this life is transitory and, according to the Law of Conservation of Energy, "energy is neither created nor destroyed, only transformed". Energy transits from kinetic to potential, conserving itself until the moment when it is once again used, among many other things, to produce light.
If we are born naturally from a mother's womb, it is undeniable that we are also part of nature. We are touched by the sun, the water, the earth and the air. We feel the reaction in our bodies and, if we are attentive, in our electro-magnetic fields. We are made of energy and none of this is mysticism.
The perfection of our bodies is proof that everything needs to be in balance. Each component of our blood needs to be within a certain range for the proper functioning of vital systems: cells, tissues, veins, etc. And the vital functions: digestion, circulation, excretion, etc.
Similarly, our electro-magnetic field also needs energy balance. The nervous system and the endocrine glands are also energy centers because, among their many functions, they release substances into the system that influence mood and physical state - the hormones.
It seems to me that Love and Faith activate our way of rebalancing the levels of the field, let's say, the limit range that in this case only you have, just like your fingerprint! When I talk about Faith, I mean the feeling that expresses itself in something, whatever it is. I'm talking about the moment - the time dedicated - to connecting with the feeling of greater love for that thing, in a state of contemplation. It's about sending the intention to balance the field and each cell with the emotion that only you know what it is that you need in your own reality: forgiveness, relief from guilt, mourning the loss of someone, or opening up to love.
I close my eyes and breathe thinking about what I need to balance, what hurts, and this makes me open to looking at the other places in myself.
Because at the end of the day, the presence of love in your heart is what keeps you going and smiling, understanding that everything in life follows an order. The big decisive moments will never be under our planning and control.
Everyone is to find a place, if they are looking for it, to connect intuitively to their field and work together with body and soul. Some people use activities such as running, meditation, the gym or nature. For me, it's possibly being close to the water!
What I think is that for a long time we were made to repress our emotions; certain cultures more than others. From a lack of awareness of our own shadows and lights, we have lost confidence in our own potential, our inner magic. We are complex emotional beings! We master at communication, and it's time we recognize our energetic potential :D
This past week we learned how essential it is to remain open to what is different from us. When people go to extremes, they can no longer stand what comes from others, they can't accept things done differently to what they would do and they end up isolating themselves.
Volunteering on this blueberry farm involves five days of work. So we had two days off where we went to the supermarket (and bought a lot of sweets), walked around Ljubljana (Slovenia's capital) and had the opportunity to visit a festival organized by the local community in Litija. In Ljubljana, we walked from the train station towards a restaurant that Till had found on Google Maps, passing through a block decorated with street art. Lots of interesting drawings and mosaics. The restaurant where we had lunch was lovely. We loved the decor and the waiter was very friendly. We ate everything we wanted and I loved the fried bread that came with my plate. We walked along the Ljubljanica river and found a local market selling beautiful handmade products for a very fair price, and no one could resist the temptation to buy new items. The people here are extremely friendly and like to talk! Most of them speak English very well. On our return, despite being tired, we decided to check out the festival. There were lots of children playing, adults dancing and free food for everyone! We had bread, cake, pizza and a meat with corn stew. The little ones could also play the dice and win gifts such as small notebooks, crayons and mugs. We felt very welcomed and Till and I even tried out a few dance moves with the locals. We had a lot of fun both on the farm and on our walks, with lots of good, organic food.
At the weekend we decided not to stay at the farm any longer, because we were already missing being on the road and not knowing where we were going to sleep at night. As a farewell to Jo and the children, on Sunday evening we went to a local pizzeria. We left the place of our first WorkAway and at the end of the day we found a wonderful campsite in the forest, with a stream running through the property. Shade and fresh water. With a water fountain nearby I feel complete!
Love,
Guta
